Digital Growth Opportunity Assessment
A time-boxed engagement that builds a shared fact base and a ranked plan for where growth will actually show up in pipeline.
- Typical duration
- 2–6 weeks
- Investment
- Fixed-scope fee for the assessment. Confirmed on proposal after a short fit call.
Who it’s for
Leadership teams that know search, the website, and AI answers matter—but cannot agree which bets deserve capital next.
It fits enterprise, multi-location, and specialist organizations that need one ranked plan before they fund discovery work, a website rebuild, or market expansion. The Assessment is the front door when the problem is not a missing tactic—it is missing agreement on which work deserves capital next.
How it runs
Weeks 1–2
Align on commercial goals, map demand and competitive pressure, and define what “good” looks like in pipeline terms. Lock the questions the assessment must answer, and name the stakeholders who have to approve the next engagement.
Weeks 3–5
Pressure-test discovery, experience, and measurement gaps—including the full discovery picture across search, AI answers, local, and technical readiness. Size opportunities, compare them against capacity and politics, and name the constraints that will kill them.
Weeks 6–8
Deliver a ranked, revenue-modeled roadmap and an executive readout with sequencing, ownership, and the evidence needed to approve the next engagement. The output is built to travel: it should survive a leadership review without Sprout in the room.
What you receive
- A shared fact base across customers, competitors, discovery, and performance
- Includes the full discovery audit — search, AI answers, local, and technical — as part of the assessment
- A ranked, revenue-modeled roadmap with commercial rationale
- A recommended sequence for search and AI work, website transformation, and multi-location activation
- An executive readout for internal alignment
Focused scope. Need only the search-and-AI picture? The Assessment can run at focused scope toward the shorter end of 2–6 weeks. The homepage duration stays 2–6 weeks for the full engagement; focused scope is an Assessment-page option only.
What comes after
Most Assessments lead into the Discovery & Authority Program or an Enterprise Website Transformation—scoped from the plan, not from a blank page. Some teams also move into Multi-Location Growth Strategy when the ranked plan says markets, not channels, are the bottleneck.
